CanDyne Pumps Services Inc. President, Greg Pullam announced earlier this month that CanDyne Pump Services Inc. will open up a new service centre in Grande Prairie, Alberta. The new service centre is set to open up January 2015, however service on a number of projects has already begun from a temporary facility being utilized at this time. The service centre is a 10,000 square foot facility on 2.6 acres of land in the Grand Prairie Industrial area and will be equipped with the most up-to-date technology, tools and machinery to appropriately service the varying pump related needs of the Oil & Gas, Mining and Municipal sectors in the region.
Greg Pullam says “We have waited a number of years to open up a facility that will service both Grande Prairie and the northern Alberta region. We have waited for the right people with the skillset and brains capable of providing a good quality of service and professional capabilities to our valued clients. This capability was paramount to provide honest and professional customer service to a variety of clients and needs in the area.” This new facility will also open up several new jobs in the area, as well as provide key pump related services needed in Grande Prairie and the Northern Alberta region.
CanDyne Pump Service Inc. was originally founded in 2001. They specialize in engineering, designing & manufacturing of ‘Turnkey Pump Packages’ and ‘Unitized Pump Packages’ primarily for the Oil & Gas Industry within Western Canada. They have become synonymous with manufacturing a quality product with an accurate delivery time that you can trust will function correctly. CanDyne services a variety of industries, including Oil & Gas, Mining & Municipal both within Canada and Internationally. They pride themselves on having good technical capabilities, good business sense and understanding that their clients deserve a quality product in a timely fashion. Since their modest start in a 3000 sq. foot facility with 2 full time employees, CanDyne has grown to four locations with over 50,000 sq ft. of engineering, manufacturing and warehousing space with over 50 employees.
The Grande Prairie facility will offer a range of services including both mechanical and machining services along with a variety of additional services including Alignment and Vibration Reports for ANSI centrifugal pumps, MSC / HPS multi-stage centrifugal pumps, reciprocating plunger pumps, and various other systems.
